The problem is getting such a site. I checked all the way through to next year with no luck. And I'm not about to camp in crowded quarters on nothing but concrete. So I called today to cancel my reservation. I had seen the notice posted on the web site, but must not have paid much attention to it. So, buyer beware. The site was $69 a night. The deposit was $52. Even though this is May and our reservation was not until the end of July, they charged us a 25% deposit fee for canceling our reservation. So it cost us a little over $18 to make a reservation yesterday and cancel it today.
Again, it does list that on their website, so I am the fool. But to charge those kinds of fees nearly three months out is a little excessive. For those who don't mind, great. As for me, I believe I'll camp elsewhere.
